Capgemini has a total of three rounds that include:

Round 1 : Aptitude and Coding
Round 2 : Technical Round
Round 3 : HR Round

Round 1 : Aptitude and Coding

Technical Test

  • This round will consist of 45 multiple-choice questions that must be answered in 45 minutes.
  • Ignore any syntax errors, such as a missing semicolon or bracket, and concentrate on the logic.
  • Because this is an elimination round, you will only move on if you pass this round.

English Communication Test

  • This will be a multiple-choice section with four options for each question.
  • This quiz will put your grammatical and vocabulary skills to the test.

Behavioral Competency Test

  • This is simply another name for a Psychometric Test, in which you will be asked different situation-based questions and must respond whether you agree or disagree with the situation.

  • Make sure you prepare thoroughly for this round and practice as many questions as possible.

Spoken English

The Capgemini Exceller Spoken English round is the most recent addition to the Capgemini Exceller Recruitment Process.

Coding Round
