Wipro Hiring Process is divided into three steps:
- Online Test
- Technical Round
- HR Round
First Round – Online Test
The online test consists of multiple-choice questions and an essay writing assignment. This is a time-based test, and each part has a set amount of time. The test is divided into subsections-

Essay Writing Section
In the essay writing part, you must write an essay on a topic given to you within a specified amount of time. Topics can range from current affairs to politics to abstract.
A good essay would include the following parts:
- Good Organization of essay
- Appropriate diction
- Ideas worth noting
- Excellent vocabulary
- Good Length of sentences
Some points that will deduct your marks in essay writing will be:
- Irrelevant Content
- Poor Organization
- Plagiarism
- Spelling and Grammar Errors
Note: Wipro typically conducts Group Discussions (GD) prior to online tests. They may also conduct Group Discussion (GD) after the online test.

In this Section, there will be two coding questions.-
Question 1 – General Quesion

Second Round – Technical Interview
To ace this round, you should be well-versed in your concepts. If you have a good understanding of the fundamental concepts, you should have no trouble clearing the round. There is no fixed set rule or domain from which questions will be asked, therefore you must be familiar with the basics. To improve your chances of success, you should have good knowledge of data structures and algorithms, DBMS, operating systems, networking, OOPs concepts, and your preferred programming language. Students from fields other than computer science should have basic knowledge of concepts from their field.
Third and Last Round – HR Round
This is the final round of the hiring process. Your communication skills, confidence, and body language will be evaluated by HR. There will be basic HR questions such as Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work at Wipro? and so on. Depending on your response and HR, you may be asked various puzzles and technical questions.
