Nagarro Recruitment Process

Nagarro conducts approximately 3-4 rounds to finally shortlist the software development candidates.

Written Round 1:

General Aptitude Test, Technical Ability Test, and Coding Test are the three primary sections of the written round1.

The General Aptitude Test includes sections on mathematical thinking, logical reasoning, and verbal abilities.

Questions on operating systems, algorithms, data structures, C, Java, SQL, and networking are included in the Technical Ability Test.

There are three coding questions in the coding test based on C language, algorithms and Data structures. This round is pen-paper-based.

Written Round 2:

Students who pass the first written round are invited for an in-office written round. This round is entirely based on code. Three or four questions are included in the written test. This round might be a paper and pen test or an online HackerRank test.

Technical Round

Candidates who pass the second written round will be invited to an interview. You will be asked to optimize the coding problems you did in the second written round in the technical round. You could also be quizzed on data structures, algorithms, and SQL.

Some of the sample questions can look like this:

  • Merge an array of size n into another array of size m+n.
  • Given an array, separate positives and negative strings.
  • Tell us some of the components of PL/SQL.
  • Find the number of palindromes in a big string.
  • What is overloading and what is overriding? Illustrate with examples.
  • What is the difference between semaphore and mutex?
  • Explain the 8 queens algorithm.

HR Round

This round consists of simple HR questions that may require you to have amazing communication skill to ace it. Some questions you can prepare for in advance are:

  • What are your short-term and long-term goals?

  • What is your biggest achievement?

Eligibility Criteria for Nagarro

  • Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech- CSE,IT,ECE
  • 60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout
  • There should not be any running backlogs
